Service Offerings

We specialize in keeping nonprofit and small business books organized, up-to-date, and efficient. From bookkeeping and payroll up to Chief Financial Officer roles, you can delegate your financial operations to our team for efficient, accurate, timely, and cost-effective performance.

We manage payroll with your preferred payroll service provider or set you up with one. As needed, we manage new employee onboarding, retirement contributions, and other benefits.

After closing each monthly accounting period, organizational financial statements are prepared. TCG works with you to develop a comprehensive, easy-to-read reporting package that clearly and accurately paints the picture of your financial position. We also help you develop budget templates or accounting process adjustments as needed to align your budgeting and your accounting to produce reliable YTD budget vs. actual and cash flow reporting.

We handle the processing of all the day-to-day income and expense transactions. Our Quickbooks ProAdvisor-certified bookkeeping team posts all entries to your accounting system, maintains connections with your bank and credit card companies, and can implement paperless systems to handle bill payments and credit card receipts.

For organizations without a CFO, TCG provides expertise and service scaled to fit smaller businesses where a full-time in-house position is not required.

The Consonance Group is pleased to offer comprehensive HR services bundled with our bookkeeping services. Our team of experienced HR professionals can handle a wide range of functions such as benefits, administration, recruiting, on/offboarding, employee and management training, performance management, employee relations, and more. We can also handle task-based HR projects such as drafting an employee handbook, job descriptions, or compensation benchmarking.

We pride ourselves on being a strategic partner to our clients. We work closely with your leadership team to develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with your business goals and support your company’s growth. With our expertise and support, you can focus on running your business, confident that your HR needs are handled effectively and efficiently.
